Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package off at your nearest designated courier collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
